Bodyweight workouts aren't that tough, right? Wrong! Bodyweight Warrior: Total Body Beatdown takes bodyweight training to the next level. Pull-ups, push-ups, squats, and in all kinds of variations. Complete this workout and your entire body will be begging for mercy. This workout includes 3 supersets each with 3 exercises to complete for 30 seconds. Complete each superset for 3 rounds before moving on to the next. Take minimal breaks and only break between rounds. Let's go to work!

Superset: 3 Rounds

1. Wide Grip Pull-Up

2. Regular Push-Up

3. Air Squat

Superset: 3 Rounds

1. Close Grip Pull-Up

2. Narrow Push-Up

3. Knee Start Stand-Up

Superset: 3 Rounds

1. Reverse Grip Chin-Up

2. Assisted One-Arm Push-Up

3. Alternating Staggered Squat
