12-Week Virtual Wrestling Training Course

You have just taken your first steps into becoming the next-level wrestler you strive to be!

Unlike any other sport, if you want to be great in wrestling you have to cover and improve in all areas. Strength training, conditioning, wrestling fundamentals, footwork, speed and agility, mindset training, nutrition, and recovery. With so many areas to address, many of us choose a couple to work on but completely ignore the rest…but if you truly want to take your wresting to the next level and find out how great you can be, you MUST train comprehensively all of these areas simultaneously.

This course was built and designed with that single purpose in mind: to provide every wrestler with the opportunity to achieve greatness!

I say opportunity because living this lifestyle and going through this training is not for the feint of heart. It is difficult and requires daily commitment. Since you are here and have made it this far, I know you have what it takes.

Throughout these next 12 weeks, you will be led through a comprehensive wrestling-specific training regimen including:

  • Strength Training, Conditioning, and Speed & Agility: Monday through Friday

  • Wrestling Skills Development + Stance & Motion Drills: Tuesday & Thursday

  • Championship Mindset Training: Monday & Wednesday

  • Daily Performance Nutrition Checklist

This training course is intense and your body will need rest. Saturday and Sunday are physical and mental recovery days to allow your body to absorb the training you completed and get ready for the following week.
