Strength & Conditioning: Plate Workout

 
 

If you're wanting to take your abilities to another level, you need to add conditioning into your workout plans. You don't need a big tractor tire or ropes, for this all you need is a weight plate. This workout consists of five movements. Complete 1 rep of each movement, then 2 reps, then 3 all the way up to 10 then back down to 1. Challenge yourself to hang on to the plate! By the time you get to the 10 rep cycle, everything will be burning. Push yourself to make it back down to the 1 rep cycle. Let's go to work!

Plate Workout: 1 to 10 to 1

1. Bent Over Row

2. Plate Curl

3. Overhead Press

4. Tricep Extension

5. Hip to Hip
