Push-Up/Pull-Up Circuit: Advanced

 
 

If you're going to gain strength using pull-ups and push-ups, you have to vary your form and movements. Your muscles get acclimated to one-type of movement and eventually stop progressing. Change it up with this 15-minute push-up/pull-up circuit. Complete each exercise for 30 seconds, break for 1 minute, and repeat for 5 rounds. Here's the workout:

Push-Up/Pull-Up Circuit: 5 Rounds

1. Alternating Staggered Push-Ups

2. 3 Way Push-Ups *Narrow, Regular, Wide

3. 3 Way Pull-Ups *Narrow, Close Grip, Wide Grip

4. Side to Side Pull-Ups
