Pull-Up/Handstand Circuit

 
 

Pull-ups and Handstands are two of the best total upper body exercises you can do, and this workout combines them into one high-intensity circuit. This is a 5-exercise circuit to be completed for 5 rounds. Complete each exercise in the circuit for 30 sec, and only break between rounds. After the circuit, there is a chest and triceps superset to finish off your upper body burnout. Get ready to feel the burn!

Circuit: 5 Rounds

1. Wide Grip Pull-Up

2. Handstand Hold

3. Close Grip Pull-Up

4. Handstand Hold

5. Reverse Grip Chin-Up

Superset: 3 Sets

1. Chair Dips

2. Bodyweight Skullcrusher

3. Dive Bomb Push-Up
