When you're working out at home, it's easy to neglect your warm-up because of lack of space. But getting a warm-up in before a workout is so important, so here's one you can do with literally no space at all! "The Prison Cell Warm-Up" can be done anywhere and with zero equipment, and it will get your body firing on all cylinders before the real work begins.

The Prison Cell Warm-Up

1. Standing March 20 each

2. Run in Place 20 each

3. High Knees 20 each

4. Butt Kicks 20 each

5. SL Alt Jump 20 each

6. DL Jump 20

7. Sm Arm Circles 10 forward and 10 backwards

8. Md Arm Circles 10 forward and 10 backwards

9. Lg Arm Circles 10 forward and 10 backwards

10. Neck Rolls 5 each direction
