At Home Conditioning: "No Space, No Excuses" Conditioning Circuit

 
 

Having limited space does not mean you have to limit how hard you workout. It just means you have to get creative! This "No Space, No Excuses" Conditioning Circuit is short, intense, and will have your legs and lungs begging for mercy! For this workout, complete 10 reps of all five exercises then repeat for ten rounds. Finish the workout as quickly as possible, and post in the comments your time!

Conditioning Circuit: 10 Rounds

1. Squat Jumps 10 Reps

2. Lunge Jumps 10 Reps Each Leg

3. Squat Jumps w/ Knee Touch 10 Reps

4. High Knees 10 Reps Each Leg

5. Burpees 10 Reps
