The M.C.-Burpee AMRAP is a short, high-intensity conditioning workout that challenges your speed, power, and endurance. For this workout, you will complete three different exercises and repeat the round as many times as possible in twenty minutes. Think of this as a race from start to finish!

M.C.-Burpee AMRAP: 20 Minutes

1. Mountain Climbers 20 Reps

2. Burpees 10 Reps

3. Burpees w/ Knee Touch 5 Reps
