There is more to having a strong core than just having strong abs. It requires stability in every area of the body, especially shoulder stability. The goal of this workout is to create core strength through focusing on shoulder stability. Complete each exercise in succession and repeat for 5 rounds total

3. Push-Up Walkouts 10
