At Home Training: Bodyweight Circuit

 
 

Full body workout, 20 minutes, no equipment required. If you're looking for an at-home workout that will have you pulling yourself out of a pool of sweat, this is it. Complete each exercise in succession for 30 seconds each without breaks and repeat for 7 rounds. If you need a break, only break between rounds. Let's go to work!

Bodyweight Circuit: 7 Rounds

1. Burpees

2. Staggered Squat Jumps

3. Clap Push-Ups

4. Mountain Climbers

5. Mason Twists
