Working out at home and need a tough full body burn? Try this! All you need to complete this workout is a pull-up bar. Complete each exercise in the circuit for 30 seconds and repeat for 4 rounds. Take minimal breaks and only break between rounds. Let's go to work!

Full Body Circuit: 4 Rounds

1. Pull-Ups *Arm-Hang after to finish 30 sec

2. Push-Ups

3. Reverse Lunges

4. Hollow Body Holds
