Unless you have exercise equipment at home, doing conditioning is next to impossible. But not with this workout! You can do it at home, at the gym, or even in a hotel room. It is a quick and brutal lower body burn! This conditioning workout is a rep progression of 3 lunge variations that blasts your lower body in 15 minutes or less. Take minimal breaks and try to complete it as fast as possible. Here it is:

1. Reverse Lunge
2. Reverse Lunge + Knee
3. Lunge Jump
*Do 1 rep of all 3 exercises, then 2, then 3...all the way to 10 and back down to 1
