How Anyone Can Achieve Anything
One of the core beliefs of Champion for Life is that ANYONE can achieve ANYTHING. With all the research there is on neuroplasticity about literally rewiring your brain and on epigenetics about modifying your DNA expression, we’re learning that we can change ourselves mentally and physically like sculptor does to a slab of concrete. All it takes is persistence, time, and energy.
All of this sounds great, but there’s a catch… Both time and energy are limited resources. There are only 24 hours in a day, and we only have so much mental and physical energy to give out. Knowing all it takes is time and energy to reach your goal, the question you need to ask is, “Is it worth it to me to put in that much time and energy?” If yes, go for it and DO THE DAMN THING. If you’re unsure because you might not have the time, think about this: how can you put in the same amount of energy into a shorter amount of time? By making sure all your time spent is of HIGH-QUALITY.
Let’s face it. We all live busy lives and feel like we never have time for anything. But if you could turn a 2-hour medium-paced workout into a 30-minute balls-to-the-walls barn burner, you’ll be putting in the same quality workout into a shorter time span. This gives you plenty of time for all your other things while still moving you closer and closer to your goal. Not to mention, if you stay consistent, you’ll reach your goal FASTER than if you had taken the 2-hour route.
If you’re really wanting to change, start putting in the time and energy to do it. Be persistent, be consistent, and watch the results come flooding in. Remember, like a sculptor, you can mold your body, mind, and lifestyle however you want it to be!
