Championship Mindset Series: You Have to Believe You Can

One of the core beliefs at Champion for Life is that ANYONE can achieve ANYTHING.

I could talk to you about the science. I could explain to you how through neuroplasticity you can literally rewire your brain. I could explain how through epigenetics you can literally modify how your DNA is expressed and change yourself mentally and physically like a sculptor does to a slab of concrete.

But at the end of the day, all change takes only three things: persistence, energy, and time.

Unfortunately, both time and energy are limited resources. There are only 24 hours in a day, and we only have so much mental and physical energy to give out.

So the question you need to ask yourself is, “Is this change worth putting in time and energy?”

If yes, go for it and DO THE DAMN THING.

If you’re unsure because you might not have the time, that’s fine. Life is finite. But think about this: how could you put in the necessary amount of energy into a shorter amount of time?

The answer is through making sure all your time spent is of HIGH-QUALITY.

Let’s face it. We all live busy lives and feel like we never have time for anything. But if you could turn a 2-hour medium-paced workout into a 30-minute balls-to-the-walls barn burner, you’ll be putting in the same quality workout into a shorter time span, right? This gives you plenty of time for all your other things while still moving you closer and closer to your goal. Not to mention, being consistent means you’ll reach your goal FASTER than if you had taken the 2-hour route.

If you really want to change, start putting in the time and energy to do it.

Be persistent, be consistent, and watch the results come flooding in.

Like a sculptor, you can mold your body, mind, and lifestyle however you want it to be!

But the first step is you have to believe you can.

The second step…go f*cking do it.
